Successful applicants will be sent the initial Franchise Evaluation Form. Once our office is in receipt of the completed application, and if the prospective franchisee meets the Lee's Sandwiches requirements, an interview is arranged between the prospective Franchisee and our Franchisor.
LEE’S SANDWICHES INTERNATIONAL, INC. offers you the opportunity to operate one of four types of franchised units. The Production Unit offers the full line of LEE’S SANDWICHES products and producing the dough for baguettes and supplies the needs of other LEE’S SANDWICHES entities.
Lee’s Sandwiches franchise costs differ greatly depending on which of the four franchise options is pursued. The cheapest option is a mall unit, with a franchise fee of $35,000 and a total investment somewhere between $190,830 and $398,870.

Lee's Sandwiches franchisees are typically required to sign up to a 10 year contract initially. The renewal length is 5 years. You can of course exit early but don’t expect to get any refund!
