I have tried looking online and it says 27.5cm width by 15cm height but this is too big. Please can someone advise the actual size for game in lay cover art sleeves. Also what paper should i print on to replicate standard cover art and what DPI setting.

I usually download the art, size the file in indesign and output and trim to size to fit the specific case. Best bet would be to download the art and get the files to size as pdf files if you're trying to print at kinkos or something, and then take a thumb drive or whatver in when you go to print.
