Machined aluminum plates give a full 1' vertical and 1⁄2' horizontal left-right, plus 90° diagonal left-right adjustment. All adjustments are accomplished through a single hole in pad. Extra plates are available for quick, easy pad changes to accomodate heavy clothing or different shooters.
