Learn and Grow Child Care Center (also known as Learn and Grow Playhouse, our original name) is located on 131st and Central Avenue NE (also known as Highway 65, which is a main thoroughfare). We are just north of Anoka County Road 242 (125th St. NE) with easy access from Highway 65 on 133rd.
Learn & Grow's Story. Learn and Grow Child Care Center was established October 1971 as a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Mulvane. It began as a volunteer basis with only one teacher and three children. By December 22, 1971, the Center was licensed by the State of Kansas as a non-profit organization for sixteen children.
Learn and Grow cares for children ranging in age from six weeks to eleven years. They are organized into four programs: Infants, Toddlers, PreSchool and School-Age. Our school-age children are with us before and after school, non-school days and, of course, through the summer months. Click on an age group at left for details.
