4 lut 2024 · I have tried software update, factory reset, and hard reset (holding the power button until the radio restarts) but nothing works. I tried disconnecting the battery for a complete reset. The only things in the car that don’t work are those two usb ports. I tried multiple cords and phones.
30 sty 2024 · I have a 2024 CTP and fortunately my devices are USB C but I use everything wirelessly anyways. Radar has a USB to RJ 11 wire from mirror to radar so only a couple inches is exposed. I charge my phone at home then work so I rarely need to in car but if I do I use the USB port.
