Login to your account: Through PLCB+, licensees can conduct licensing and permitting business securely, quickly and simply over the Internet. Each licensee must first register for a PLCB+ account. If you are a current licensee without an access code, you may email ra-lblicensingmod@pa.gov to obtain one.
Licensees can upload a CSV or Excel file to LOOP as a faster way to upload a larger order. Note: The CSV file template is also available for download on the LOOP homepage. Navigate to LOOP, enter valid login credentials, then Sign In.
Go to the LOOP sign-in page. Below the sign in button, there is a “forgot password” link. Enter your email address and you will receive a link that, when selected, will redirect you to a portion of LOOP for resetting your password.
