After the stats and race are generated, the generator decides how to fill in the rest based on just those two at the start. It goes down a flowchart of possible classes based on the stats, and picks the best one from the stats given, after racial bonuses.

The first die represents good versus evil: 1-2 is good, 3-4 is neutral, and 5-6 is evil. The second represents law versus chaos: 1-2 is lawful, 3-4 is neutral, and 5-6 is chaotic. This determines your desired alignment. For each result you get, you can roll one major ideal and one minor ideal.

I made a really simple program in Python that generates a random playable character for an upcoming One-Shot that I'm DM-ing. This generates a random class, race, alignment, and all stats. It doesn't have every possible race out there, just the ones I wanted for the One-Shot.
