Research and select appropriate journals and law reviews by looking at recent tables of contents to see if your article fits well with the editorial style or the subject matter addressed by the journal (this is easy to do if you use the HeinOnline Law Journal Library).
We strongly prefer submissions that comply with the following length limits (including all text, footnotes, and appendices): Articles (Print): 25,000 words*. Book Reviews (Print): proposals need not be more than a few pages. Essays (Print/Forum): 12,000-17,500 words.
General information. As of Jan 9, 2017, a $100 (USD) submission fee will be charged for all manuscripts submitted to the journal, with the exception of those where all authors are from the countries included on lists A and B.
