17 mar 2023 · I'm using Laragon 6 with php 8.1 (php-8.1.10-Win32-vs16-x64) but I'd like to add php 5.6 for a few old websites I still need to maintain. I first downloaded apache httpd-2.4.38-win64-VC11 Then php 5.6 php-5.6.40-Win32-VC11-x64.
Download and install the 32-bit version of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 (VC11): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 (Choose vcredist_x86). To activate the 5.6 version, right-click on the Laragon app: PHP >> Version >> php-5.6.40-Win32-VC11-x86.
