13 sie 2021 · If you are sure that you have not moved anything within the Laragon files, the problem may be that you use a version of PHP that is incompatible with the Laragon Apache plugins. While I agree that this is not of concern for the running app on Apache, it is an issue for Composer which throws errors because of the version missmatch.
