The 43rd annual Langlauf 10km ski race will be held at the Mt. Spokane Cross-Country Ski Park. This is an event for all skill and fitness levels and all ages. Children 10 and under ski free with a paid adult and there are 2 categories for Adaptive skiers: Sit Ski and Visually impaired.

Langlauf is a 10K Cross Country Ski Race that takes place at the Mount Spokane Nordic Ski Center which is the premier Cross Country Ski Area in the Inland Northwest. The race takes place on the traditional 10K course and has wave starts to accommodate skiers of all abilities and speeds.

The Langlauf is strictly a CLASSICAL TECHNIQUE event. A SNO-PARK PERMIT WITH SPECIAL GROOMING STICKER IS REQUIRED TO PARK IN THE LOT, and are available from Fitness Fanatics or at www.parks.wa.gov/winter.

You should be in position for the start by 10:45. The start is located just above the Selkirk Nordic lodge. The Langlauf is a USSA sanctioned race, open ONLY to registered racers.
