ZCI barrel, of your existing length, ZCI plastic hop up and a decent hop rubber are my go to upgrades based on cost/performance for the M4 platform. Sometimes a combination of these and stock parts for the best combo. I'd also recommend the Perun Hybrid V2 mosfet.
