The Superior Hiking Trail (SHT) stretches from south of Duluth at the Wisconsin/Minnesota border up the Lake Superior coastline nearly to the Canadian border. Trailhead parking lots are situated every 5-10 miles apart, making the SHT ideal for day hikes, backpacking, thru-hiking and trail running.
