The Lake O’Hara area is a true gem in Yoho National Park. To protect this sensitive alpine area and provide a wilderness experience, access to Lake O’Hara is managed through Parks Canada shuttle bus reservations. Advanced reservations are required for the shuttle and campground.

To spend the night at Lake O'Hara you can book a room or cabin at the historic Lake O'Hara Lodge, reserve a site at the Parks Canada campground, or join the shared sleeping quarters found at the Elizabeth Parker Hut.
28 wrz 2024 · Campsites are extremely limited at Lake O’Hara and are managed by Parks Canada to reduce human impact on the area. There are 30 campsites at the Lake O’Hara Campground, and reservations are highly sought-after. The Lake O’Hara campground will operate from June 21 to October 5, 2024.
