It's a small park with a nice view. It is a perfect spot to eat lunch from the nearby food trucks. If you are unfamiliar with coastal living, be aware that seagulls love to steal your food. The buoys add a nautical touch while you rest gazing at the harbor.

Nice views of the harbor and in the distance you can see the Breakwater. Adjacent to Middle Pier and the Police Department. Beautiful sunrises from this location. Date of experience: September 2020.
