Visitors must have a reservation in order to access Lake Louise Lakeshore or Moraine Lake by Parks Canada shuttle. All shuttles, except for the Alpine Start Shuttle, originate at the Lake Louise Park and Ride located in the parking lot of the Lake Louise Ski Area at the end of Whitehorn Drive.
Shuttle reservations will open in the spring, 2025, check the Parks Canada website for updates. Reservations must be made in advance through the Parks Canada reservation website. 60% of the shuttle tickets are released at 8 am MT two days before, so check back two days in advance for more availability.

2 sie 2024 · To make a reservation for the shuttle, you can use the Parks Canada Reservation Service, then select “Day Use” on the right and “Shuttle to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.” You can also call 1-877-737-3783.
To preserve this unique environment and backcountry experience, Parks Canada’s Reservation Service allows for a total of 3,000 day-use visitors during the summer season. Reservations for the Lake O’Hara day-use shuttle are available by way of random draw.
