The Endgame Labyrinth may be accessed after completion of The Merciless Labyrinth however you do not need to complete trials in maps, only an offering to the goddess is required. These are the 6 trials that spawn in maps that drop an offering to the goddess.

There's a prophecy - https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/The_Dream_Trial - which will force a spawn (if it proccs) and tell you about it. You could try small-ish area maps, like Coves or Mesa to spam-try.
