Welcome to Health-e-Arizona Plus! Connecting individuals and families to coverage, benefits and services. The Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, supplemental nutritious foods and referrals to health and social services.
Health-e-Arizona Plus will expand to the full range of AHCCCS benefits and continue local health access programs and Nutrition Assistance (Food Stamps) and Cash Assistance benefits.
Health-e-Arizona Plus is an on-line application for Arizona Residents. You can apply for medical coverage through AHCCCS, Nutrition Assistance (formerly know as the Food Stamp program), and Cash Assistance.
