Citizens are strongly advised not to fall prey to these scams and do not respond to suspicious calls or messages claiming to represent a government agency.
Many scammers use these software as they can spoof the caller number (basically means they can change their caller ID to whatever number they want) which is why it shows up as +965. I would always ignore these numbers. +965 is Kuwait's country code... Check your region and country settings.
