To apply for a new or renewal of your driver's license: Complete and print a driver license application (please bring application with you); Present original or certified copy of document(s) for proof of name and date of birth;
For assistance in making an appointment, call: (808) 768-9100. Next-day appointments are added daily by 4:30pm at all driver licensing centers, except Waianae and the Commercial Driver Licensing Office. (The purpose of next-day appointments is to offset no-shows and last-minute cancellations).
