KASPER contains information regarding those who are: currently incarcerated; under post-incarceration supervision; and, who have been discharged from a sentence.

This page allows you to specify which Community-Corrections Absconders you want to select. You may select all, and get a fairly long list of names. Alternatively, you can specify an Administrative Unit or Location, and narrow down the search.
