Same issue here... got logged out of the app (iOS) a WEEK ago and have been unable to sign back in since. No problem signing in via browser (though that experience is terrible on mobile). Kroger tech support utterly useless.

To fix this, turn on your wifi and try again. Or you can switch between your WiFi and Cellular network to see if it fixed the issue.
