27 paź 2008 · Anyway, I have 909, 808, 606 drum "kits", etc. on the first few slots, then some kits that are geared more toward specific styles I want to make. So that's somewhere around 150 drum machine samples. Then I have about 20 of my favorite breaks timesliced and set up for looping.
20 wrz 2014 · Unfortunately Korg have stopped making the ESX-1. I'm looking for one second hand, but in the mean time I wondered if anyone could suggest an alternative. The great thing about this series is the 16 step sequencing - that's an essential part of it for me.

But the bottom line is that Korg have done it again: as easy as the EMX1 made synthesis, sequencing and rhythm programming, the Electribe SX makes acquiring samples, editing them (to a certain extent) and creating music with the result.
30 maj 2007 · The ESX with it's tubes has a warmer sound, more raw and massive, brighter but don't sound as good as the MPC once all the sounds are put together, but you can tweak to adjust that by using the extra out puts. ESX also offers more in terms of creating full tunes on it, you can do more with it.
