The total journey time between KLIA Terminal 2 and KL Sentral is 39 minutes. Trains currently run every 15 minutes during weekday peak hours, and every 30 minutes during weekday off-peak hours and weekends.

To ensure that the passengers and the users of the terminal are having a pleasant stay at the terminal, the following facilities and amenities are setup for the conveniences and enjoyment of the public: Customer Service counter.
