The wiki's Power Leveling page is a bit smusty, but still has much on-target advice. As suggested, getting upstairs in Spookyraven Manor enables various leveling opportunities. If you have some ability to lower combat rate, the Gallery's Lourve It or Leave It encounter may offer the best stat returns in-run, even for non-Muscle classes.
