I haven't really explored the world of modded gaming much but have recently become curious about experimenting with mods for the Kingdom Hearts games! Already looked into the Re:Fixed versions and have them on my pc now (just haven't tried them yet).
What are some of your favorite mods that you've played or seen. Personally the gameplay mods are basically up there for me that improved the game feel like RE:Style and improved movement. Imaginary Number for now but Project XIV whenever it releases. I'm excited for that one. There's also gonna be a mod that adds the coliseum from the past 2 games.
CrazyCatz00's English Patch for Kingdom Hearts II - Final Mix on the PS2 had an option in the menu to switch from and to English or Japanese voice acting. This mod reimplements that to the games. There's also extra patches to have up to 5 languages at once.

Centralize modding downloads with a review system. Provide a friendly environment for mod users and creators alike. Create a community site and forum where users can openly interact with and help one another with modifications using OpenKH tools and documentation.
