I was watching the episode where he dies and thought to myself "They specifically hid this from Bobby. I wonder how he handled it when he found out." Then I realized I was Bobby's age when my grandpa died and I was pretty close to Bobby (emotionally speaking), so I was inspired by my own experience to make this. Hits pretty hard.
