I was gifted the newest Kindle Paperwhite 5, 11th Generation released 2021 (love it!) and finally figured out how to update/change book covers for books that have already been side-loaded via Calibre. I thought I'd share in case someone else has been trying to figure out how to do this.

25 mar 2022 · The main objection I have to the most recent update is that book covers remain visible on the kindle even when I select “remove from kindle”. Apparently the only way to remove the covers is to totally delete books (meaning you would have to buy again should you wish to go back to a book).
