Gin and Tonic. Recommended pour from The Kyoto Distillery: 30mL Ki No Bi. 100ml tonic water, yuzu peel. My pour: 1.5oz Ki no Bi, 150mL tonic, lemon peel. Smoothness carries over to the G&T. Easily drunk. Citrus shines with the inclusion of a lemon peel. Final Thoughts: Absolutely solid gin.
