Khoi Dang Vu, 25, was reported missing at 8 a.m. by his sister and brother-in-law, with whom he lives. They saw him in his bedroom about 1 a.m. but discovered he was gone seven hours later, said Sgt. Tim Bieber, Clark County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Authorities now believe Vu was the victim of a homicide, and they think his body was put in a dumpster and ultimately wound up in a landfill near Boardman, Oregon. No suspects have been named in his case, however.
Khoi Dang Vu was last seen between midnight and 1AM on Saturday, April 7, 2007 at his family's residence in Clark County, Washington. He told his parents he was going to bed. Khoi was deaf since birth and unable to speak. He is also mentally disabled, and has the capabilities of a 10 year old.

Khoi's bicycle was his primary mode of transportation and because it was left, law enforcement believed he must have left on foot.
