23 lis 2017 · I pulled the power cable, powered it back on again, it ran an automatic repair process and got to the screen with RESTART and ADVANCED OPTIONS. However my mouse or keyboard wouldn't work to choose either options. see attached pictures
5 wrz 2024 · Method 1: Open the Laptop and Tinker with the Screen. Remove the faceplate and inspect the screen. Apply or relieve pressure at certain points around the screen, especially those above and below the vertical lines, to see if you can locate the issue.
15 sty 2021 · I have the same issue as someone posted in 2018 under the same title with the same 17" laptop. I have vertical multicolored lines on my display. An external monitor works fine.
