14 lip 2021 · Descaling is an important part of cleaning your Keurig® brewer. This process removes calcium deposits, or scale, that can build up inside a coffee maker over time. Calcium and scale are non-toxic, but left unattended, they can hinder your brewers performance.

17 paź 2024 · To descale your Keurig 2.0 with vinegar, begin by emptying the water reservoir and filling it with equal parts white vinegar and water. Next, place a large mug on the drip tray to catch the descaling solution as it brews.
Turn on your brewer. Pour one third (4.6 oz.) of the KeurigTM Descaling Solution into the Cold Water Reservoir, and add fresh water to the 10 oz. FILL LEVEL Indicator. mug on the Drip Tray P. Lift Handle, but do not add a K-Cup® pack. After 5 seconds, lower Handle and press the BREW Button.
Begin the descaling cycle by turning on your Keurig 2.0 and initiating a brew cycle without a K-cup installed. The descaling solution will flow through the machine, removing any scale and mineral buildup within the internal components.
