The only one i know is Kemono.party, but unfortunately it is only reliable for pornography, any other type of content is a coin toss and even then they are rarely up to date.

kemono has a good amount of patreon pages that users upload. if you want to be able to download a bunch of images or smth, look into gallery-dl
20 gru 2023 · Kemono.su has given up (even stopped) publishing new images of Naruhodo, Nel-zel Formula, etc. (except Patreon for the moment but excluding Thewritefiction). We can't always count on Reddtastic, Gelbooru or other sites because it's too little (worse they are published first and then deleted after a few minutes and for what reason we don't know).
