The only one i know is Kemono.party, but unfortunately it is only reliable for pornography, any other type of content is a coin toss and even then they are rarely up to date.

Kemono.party is a public archiver for websites like Patreon, Discord, Boosty, Gumroad, SubscribeStar, etc. For everyone who subs to/purchases from these websites: make sure you always import the content to Kemono. Links down below. Kemono serves as a really good archive for content that our team uses on the regular too.
20 gru 2023 · But there is no alternative to Kemono, You may be able to ask users that are subcribed to the creators on Patreon if they can send You stuff for free but I doubt they would do that and even if then it wouldn't be a reliable source
21 sie 2024 · There will be no more release codes, links, or any other content shared through the "My Membership" tab or elsewhere on Patreon, as it has come to my attention that Kemono.su has been illegally distributing my codes for free (oh, what a surprise, lol).
Kemono Party is back up and running, but it's still very slow and it's still not updating accounts from Gumroad. Plus there's still no way to manually add and update accounts from Gumroad and Patreon yet. Pateron names available in kemono site.
