You can download blank templates or templates with sample content. The blank templates have the page size and margins set. The templates with sample content include formatted front matter (e.g., title page, table of contents) and chapters with placeholder text. Customize the parts you want to keep, and delete the sections you don't.

A print-ready pdf requires a complete wraparound cover, front, back, and spine, with enough bleed for trimming. If you're just making a front cover, use the Cover Creator and upload your front cover (jpg format) at the correct spot.

I just download the blank templates and start using them, but if you want examples of how it should look, then download the ones with sample content.
