3 mar 2007 · I really don't know much about jetting, can someone help? I'm going to put a Pro Circuit TI-4 Low Boy full system on my 06 KX250F. I ride mostly trails at or around 1000ft elevation.
If anyone is thinking of going with the team green getting specs for their bike, go for it. It brought my engine to life big time versus stock jetting. I am truely impressed with the difference it made.
19 gru 2010 · Does Procircuit or Team Green run these jetting specs? Nope. They change them all the time for application. The specs they claim are a Better then stock option that works for a wide range of people. For those who realize that maybe your jetting could be better then lets go with some basics. TG & PC specs will help bog issues but not solve it.
14 maj 2008 · I started with the Team Green jetting of 175 main, 42 pilot, and NCYS needle 4th clip from the top. Now you can find your current temp and elevation and make the needed adjustments. Start with the fuel screw at 2-1/2 turns out and you should be within a 3/8 turn + or – of the ideal setting.
14 cze 2002 · I never stated my actual starting point; it was based on the ‘Team Green’ recommended jetting specifications. 92 Octane pump fuel mixed at 40:1 Elevation from sea level to 3000’ Main 165# (Same as stock) Needle N3WE #3 (Stock is NAFF #2) Pilot 55 (Team green suggests a 58 but I was rich already, 55# is Stock) Thanks Scott
9 maj 2022 · Team Green recommends these jetting specs for its KX112 riders, and we had no issues with them (stock settings are in parentheses).
30 maj 2007 · I tried Team Green's specs (one bigger on pilot one smaller on main and leave the needle alone) and they were way off for my situation 1000 above sea level 70-85 degree temps. I ended up with the stock pilot jet(45), needle leaned out two clip positions and the stock main(138 ).
