If you need to itemize defensively (aka he's ahead and has ignite), Tabi and Armguard/Zhonya's are really strong. If the enemy team is something like Tryndamere, Yasuo, Ashe, Randuins wouldn't be that bad since it reduces their crit damage by a ton, but I wouldn't grab it unless I needed to.
