27 gru 2010 · I have had now a few eyepiece time the the 10mm Astroplan. The eye-relief is a bit tight (stated as 8.5mm), but increased to a fairly comfortable level when the eyepiece was barlowed 2x. This eyepiece gave wonderful views of Jupiter at 160x with a TSA-102.

30 kwi 2017 · I have decided to stick to my tried and tested route and get a double set of TV plossls, 25mm, 20mm, 15mm, 11mm and possibly the 8mm if I feel I can use them after a while with the 11mm. I'll then probably sell my 18mm and 10mm BCOs.
10 paź 2012 · In my book they are both light and compact eyepiece with good sharpness across the field, ideal for planetary and lunar observation or use in a bino. The astroplan may be a bit more comfortable to use due to its bigger FOV.
10 paź 2012 · I recieved the Kasai Astroplan 15mm eyepieces today from Agena Astro. Wow, these are extremely handsome little eyepieces. The construction is top notch, the coatings look terrific, and the inside barrel blackening is about the best I've ever seen. Manish also included bolt cases as usual.
