K&M Tire Inc. acquired the wholesale business of Great Bend, Kan.-based Becker Tire & Treading Inc., expanding Delphos, Ohio-based K&M’s network to 21 distribution centers in 12 states. K&M has two other distribution centers in Kansas, in Kansas City and Wichita.
