As of 16 September 2024, there are a total of 264 quests with 41 free and 223 members-only quests, offering a total of 454 quest points. Free players, however, can only obtain a maximum of 73 quest points. The most recent quests permanently added to the free and members' version of RuneScape are Necromancy! and Ode of the Devourer, respectively.

Level 3 to all capes updated (3rd of August 2019) guide. I think that's the most up to date spreadsheet. There's also Project Tenacity. Made by person who stated (I think) the whole "Level 3 to All Capes" thing. Project Tenacity is a dynamic account pathing system for RuneScape 3.
RS3's game code doesn't support plugins like OSRS does. The most it has is screen reader apps like Alt1, which are much more limited in what they can do. I just use the wiki for quest guides, rarely have much trouble with that.
