This plan is meant to make use of as many of the Junimo collection spaces as possible as well as all spaces watered by the sprinklers. The junimo collection spaces have crops, while the spaces outside of the collection spaces have flowers. Check out the text of the post for more detail on the ideas behind the various layouts.
My original design, with quality sprinklers around only the top and left of the nine iridium sprinklers, is actually more 'efficient' by those original parameters since it's got maximal sprinkler coverage without blocking the Junimo hut entrance and a single row of flowers instead of a double one.
They're absolutely worth it late game, once you've maxed out your farming specs and are really just about maintaining. I set up three fields optimized to ensure the little guys cover it all, then I just plant strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries per season and just leave them be.

Junimos are forest spirits that have taken up residence in the broken down Community Center. The Player can complete Bundles for the Junimos by collecting and offering various items found in the Valley. When a bundle is completed, a Junimo will come and collect it, then stash it away in the hut in the main room of the Community Center.
