This is the first design I came up with. The most basic idea is this: place 9 iridium sprinklers in a 3x3 grid, then place quality sprinklers along one vertical and one horizontal axis. This will give you one extra sprinkler coverage space that sits OUTSIDE of the junimo collection area.

Don’t get me wrong, but junimo’s huts are kinda useless. To be honest, it’s a little annoying not having a better way to harvest crops on this game without a mod.
