Manamune is pretty much useless for jungle. When mythics first came out, I already thought that divine sundere would be really strong on warwick. It's basically our Q ability on an item, and the double pen is really nice too. 20% max health on a single Q that hurts.

You can't really say which build is the best, it depends on playstyle a lot. Like sunfire is the most forgiving one, with less early power but pretty good scaling. Divine is a very neat powerspike, but you have to play around your CDs.
