Josuke is a Stand User and retains his original identity's Soft & Wet, albeit with slight alterations influenced by his other half.

Yasuho is an average student who discovers Josuke Higashikata on the coast of Morioh. As Josuke seeks his identity, she becomes his primary ally and love interest. Yasuho is eventually revealed to be a Stand User, manipulating her Paisley Park to investigate the city's mysteries.
It's apparent that she's a Stand user, from being able to see Yasuho's Paisley Park, as well as being aware of her son's Stand. However, there have been no clear signs of what it can do, or what it even looks like.
