1 lip 2021 · Like the first Audioquest Jitterbug, the Jitterbug FMJ works extremely well. It is mainly an optical improvement, but yes: the eye wants something too.

I have 3 units to test within my quite articulated home setup, and verify if / which sonic improvements are determined by the presence of one, or more, JitterBug FMJ units in line with and/or in parallel to my various DAC connections.

13 lut 2016 · This is a review and detailed measurements of the AudioQuest JitterBug USB data and power noise filter. It is on kind loan from a member. The Jitterbug costs US $60 from Amazon including prime shipping. I purchased a JitterBug back in 2015 when it had recently come out and my measurements showed it to have no positive effect.
3 lip 2021 · Likewise, despite the JitterBug moniker, there is no evidence that this device improves the timing precision of the DACs plugged into it to affect jitter performance in a positive way. In fact, depending on which DAC was used and with which USB port, sometimes the JitterBug FMJ might even result in slightly more noise or worse jitter.
