Jinshanling (simplified Chinese: 金山岭; traditional Chinese: 金山嶺; pinyin: Jīnshānlǐng) is a section of the Great Wall of China located in the mountainous area in Luanping County, Chengde, Hebei Province, 125 km (78 miles) northeast of Beijing. This section of the wall is connected with the Simatai section to the east.
Historical Significance: Originally established in 1368 and extended in 1567, the Jinshanling Great Wall is one of the most typical and complete sections of the Ming Dynasty Wall (1368–1644). It links the Simatai Great Wall to the east with the Gubeikou Great Wall to the west.

Located in Chengde, Hebei Province, the Jinshanling Great Wall is about 140 kilometers northeast of Beijing. Built during the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644), Jinshanling remains well preserved today. It connects to the Simatai Great Wall on the east side and the Gubeikou Great Wall on the west side.
