Following the Spring Baseball season, Melrose Little League participates in the Jimmy Fund Baseball League. The league is open to players 8 & up who will compete against teams from other towns in District 12. The four divisions of play are based on age: 8/9, U10, U11 and U12.

Melrose Little League has a long history of playing baseball and raising money for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute & The Jimmy Fund. Churchill American & Melrose National participated in Jimmy Fund Baseball since it's origins in 1986.
