Mixture ratios should be controlled tightly to get the best results. I ran a test on the TSR paint and found it very disappointing in color and durability. It faded within days.
24 mar 2015 · I can back this up by simply walking down the line of Flambeau era tractors at a Case featured tractor show and when they're all lined up side by side, you can pick out the lighter oranger Power Red tractors a mile away and so will anyone you ask which is more red or which is more orange?
11 kwi 2023 · I am rebuilding a 1974 Case 644 to use. Available information is a little scattered. Is there a close match to the red/orange paint in a spray can such as Rustoleum?
1 gru 2023 · The only time you need a color code is if you plan to use automotive paint. I used a GM color on my Case tractor. The code was Dupont 71 and the color was called Skittles Red Orange.

22 lip 2017 · The two on the left were painted with genuine Case Power Red and the two on the right were done with the Valspar Safety Orange. This Valspar has a lot better coverage & gloss than the Krylon. I plan on using it for all of my homemade accessories & attachments.
4 lut 2013 · For those with Power King/Econemy Jim Dandy, tractors, the paint question, comes up a lot. Just what was the paint colors they used. Some use Chevy, Engine Orange, and some Allis Chalmers Orange. The paint choice for some is, J I Case Flambau Red. Why it's called red, I don't know.
