22 lip 2024 · If you’re having trouble finding the Baggage Claim area, ask a member of airport staff for help. For JFK’s terminals 1, 2, 4, and 8, the Baggage Claim is on the first floor. For JFK’s terminal 5, the Baggage Claim is on the ground floor. For JFK’s terminal 7, the Baggage Claim is on the second floor.
