Rather than give each individual item a review, I wanted to give JetPens an overall review. I have placed several orders with JetPens and have been happy with each & every item. I did have one item that I returned and it was received quickly and my refund was almost instantaneous!
To answer your questions in order: I've had very positive experiences with JetPens. Their shipping is very quick, and the quality of their merchandise has been consistently good. I feel that I can trust them to sell me genuine parts/items.
JetPens is reliable. They’re out of San Jose, so if your west coast orders come very quickly.
